Payment & Delivery

Q. What payment types do you accept?
A.  We accept payment by credit card, paypal, Western Union & bank transfer. No Cash on Delivery (COD) or other payment methods are available.

         

Q. What are your delivery options & prices?
Free Shipping on CDS & all orders over $ 500 !
A.  Space Tribe's delivery costs are based on the weight of your order. Depending upon your delivery address you can choose international courier (DHL, UPS or TNT) or Express Mail Service (Post office parcel post). For more information see our Shipping & delivery page
 

Q. How soon will my order be delivered?
A. In-stock goodies are typically delivered to you in 8-12 business days. If you have ordered something that is tempoarily out of stock we will back-order that item & ship as soon as it becomes available. Please Note: Allow a possible 28 days for delivery.

 

Q. What happens if an item is back-ordered?

A. We try to ensure that all our styles, sizes, and colours are in-stock and ready-to-ship. However, sometimes demand outpaces supply and we fall short. In these cases we will notify you by e-mail that an item in your order is back-ordered. The back-ordered item will ship as soon as it becomes available. Since we are the producers, we make sure that back-ordered items are promptly replenished. Typically the delay will be no more than 2-3 weeks. 

 

Q. What countries does your online store serve?
A. Space Tribe sends to over 200 countries and at least one planet.

A. No, you are able to complete your order using guest checkout

 

Q. How can I ask a question about ordering?
A. If you can't find an answer to your question here, please visit our contact page. Our customer service staff will get back to you swiftly with helpful answers.

 

Q. What happens after I place my order?
A.  After placing your order you will receive an e-mail confirmation. Space Tribe review your order to make sure your information is correct & that all the items you've requested are available for immediate shipment. If everything is OK, we send your order as soon as your payment has been confirmed & send you a tracking number.

 

Order tracking

Q. Am I able to track my order?
A. Yes. Space Tribe will email you with a tracking number when your order is shipped so you can follow your order's journey on the courier's website.
 

Order change / Add to order

Q. Am I able to change or add to an order I have already made?
A. Yes. You are able to change or add to an order providing it has not already been shipped.
Just send us a mail to let us know what you wish to change.

 

Order cancellation & returns

Q. Am I able to cancel an order I have already made?

A. Yes. You can cancel your order at any time, providing we have not already sent the order.

Q. What is your return procedure?

A. If you wish to return something, please visit our returns page & fill in the form there. We will email you a returns number & complete details how to send you order back to us. All returns need to be shipped back to our Space Base in Bali, Indonesia at your cost. If you are exchanging an item, Space Tribe will pay the cost to send you the exchange item from Bali.
 

Our Guarantee

We believe in creating high quality, well made & long lasting goodies. If you are not completely satisfied with your Space Tribe order for any reason, just return it to us within 30 days of receiving it, in the original unused condition, for a full refund of the product price. Or we can exchange it for any item you choose of equal value from our webshop.

 

Problems ordering ?

Q. Why can't I add items to my cart?
A. Your web browser probably has "cookies" disabled. What's a cookie you ask? It's a delicious munchie, but it's also a small file stored on your computer that keeps track of what you're doing on our web site. This file allows us to "remember" what's in your cart. Some people are worried that cookies can be used for profiling or even planting viruses. Space Tribe does not do anything dodgy with your cookies!

 

Q. Why am I not receiving any e-mail confirmations?
A. Please check your "spam" filter settings. By rejecting unwanted junk e-mail, you may be inadvertently blocking our messages. Some web-based e-mail (such as Yahoo, Google, or Hotmail) may block e-mail from unknown senders; you may need to deactivate these settings or check your "junk mail" folder. When you get an e-mail from Space Tribe, we suggest you choose to "allow sender". This will permit future e-mail from us to reach you without further problems.

 

Our Products

Q. Washing instructions?
A. All product pages on our webshop have a care guide with detailed washing instructions.
For most of our product range, to best protect the design features, we recommend that you machine wash the garment inside-out in warm water (no hotter than 40°C ), and hang-dry. Use a colour friendly detergent, no bleach, no tumble dry !

Q. How do your sizes work?
A. Each product page on our webshop has a detailed size guide.
Our clothes are designed for a youthful, fit bodyshape. Many of our garments fit snugly to flatter your body type. If you're not sure which size to get, or if you're in-between sizes, please order the larger size.


Q. What kind of fabrics do you use?
A. Space Tribe uses a wide range of fabrics, each with unique features & characteristics.
We favour using 100% cotton for shirts etc, cotton lycra for leggings, viscose lycra for girl's tops, cotton twill or microfibre for pants, & cotton-poly fleece for hoodies. To learn more, check the description on each product's page.
