International Shipping
Most goods are shipped from our Spacebase in Bali, Indonesia.,
Very occasionally, orders are shipped from our warehouse in Sweden.
CD's and Vinyls are shipped from the UK

We are not able to send to Brazil or Israel at present.

• We use a variety of Courier companies, depending on their cost and your location.
• Trackable delivery by DHL, TNT, UPS or EMS courier.
• Transit time is usually 3-6 business days.

The cost of our international delivery service depends on your location, the weight of your order and the shipping option you choose during checkout.

Delivery Times 
Courier - is typically delivered to you in 6-12 business days.
Please note: Allow up to 28 days for delivery.

Tariffs and import taxes : You may be required to pay additional import duty / tariff fees. Please check with customs officials in your country. These charges are payable by the customer, not by Space Tribe.
These charges are out of Space Tribe's control and we cannot be held responsible.
Any orders that are not delivered due to non-payment of import taxes / tariffs will not be accepted for refund or return.

Notes

• We are required to provide a commercial invoice for all International orders, including a physical street address and phone number. 
• All orders are sent by a trackable service that requires a signature.
• All orders are processed within 48hrs, unless one of the items you have ordered is temporarily out of stock. In this case we will let you know an estimated completion date.
• Please be aware that the delivery times quoted for each product are estimates.
• Outstanding orders / items can be cancelled at any time.
• We cannot be held accountable for delays in customs clearance.

Christmas Delivery
For delivery by Christmas, all order information and payments should reach us by 29 November.

Space Tribe is unable to guarantee delivery by Christmas after this date.

OUR GUARANTEE

If you are not completely satisfied with your Space Tribe Goodies, simply return them to us within 30 days of delivery, in their original unused condition, for a full refund of the product price.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY INFO FOR RESELLERS
We can arrange freight from Bali to your country. Normally we use air cargo, but sea cargo is also available. The prices on the wholesale pricelist do not include shipping. We will give you a shipping quote when we process your order. Free shipping is not available for wholesale orders.
