All goods are shipped from our Spacebase in Bali.
We offer 2 shipping options
- Courier - Fastest. Trackable delivery by DHL, TNT, UPS or EMS courier.
Transit time 3-6 business days. - Standard delivery - Cheapest. Trackable registered airmail.
Transit time 2 - 4 weeks. (not available for customers outside the US and Asia during the cover-19 pandemic)

Delivery Times
Courier - is typically delivered to you in 6-12 business days. Please note: Allow up to 28 days for delivery.
Standard - is typically delivered to you in 14-30 business days. Please note: Allow up to 45 days for delivery.
Notes
- Orders that qualify for free shipping will be sent as standard deliveries.
- We are required to provide a commercial invoice for all International orders, including a physical street address and phone number.
- All orders are sent by a trackable service that requires a signature.
- All orders are processed within 48hrs, unless one of the items you have ordered is temporarily out of stock. In this case we will let you know an estimated completion date.
- Please be aware that the delivery times quoted for each product are estimates.

Christmas Delivery
For delivery by Christmas, all order information and payments should reach us by 29 November.
Space Tribe is unable to guarantee delivery by Christmas after this date.
OUR GUARANTEE
If you are not completely satisfied with your Space Tribe Goodies, simply return them to us within 30 days of delivery, in their original unused condition, for a full refund of the product price.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY INFO FOR RESELLERS
We can arrange freight from Bali to your country. Normally we use air cargo, but sea cargo is also available. The prices on the wholesale pricelist do not include shipping. We will give you a shipping quote when we process your order. Free shipping is not available for wholesale orders.
